Stretching should be comfortable! This is an open level class targeted at dancers & aerialists especially. Learn the correct techniques of muscle engagement & developing flexibility through strength for a safer & more comfortable stretching experience. Achieve better progress in your flexibility whilst increasing your body awareness & control to improve yourself as a dancer/aerialist! Each class will focus on a revolving set of moves including front splits, middle splits & backbends. Requirements: none.
