Learn more intricate transitions between the single leg hangs: outside leg, inside leg & brass monkey. Each term will focus on getting a revolving set of goals including mastering your shoulder mount & static V. CRITERIA: confident aerial invert on both sides, aerial ballerina, shoulder mount dead hang, jamilla to inside and outside leg hang, caterpillar climb, superman, confident brass monkey.
