* BOOK A SLOT HERE TO ENROL INTO ALL 3 WEEKS OF CLASS * Get bendy while gaining a deeper understanding & control of your body. This class will guide you through techniques & exercises to develop mobility & strength, both safely & comfortably; the perfect supplement to improve yourself as a dancer & aerialist. Each mini term focuses on a revolving set of goal moves such as front splits, middle splits & backbends. LEVEL: Open level. PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat & towel for cleaning equipment used. OPTIONAL: Yoga blocks & resistance band.
