* BOOK A SLOT HERE TO ENROL INTO ALL 3 WEEKS OF CLASS * Our Active Flex mini terms are your ticket to getting stronger and more flexible in a safe and sustainable way, geared towards a deeper understanding of your body to help you execute your dream bendy pole/ bendy moves. Each session will consist primarily of conditioning and stretching exercises with a "stretch goal", followed by putting what you learned to the test by attempting relevant pole/ bendy tricks at the end of class, under the watchful guidance of our instructors. Get ready to be surprised at what your body can do! LEVEL: Open level. PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat & towel for cleaning equipment used. OPTIONAL: Yoga blocks & resistance band.
